Route the question correctly

Contact Electro-Voice System Planning

Choose the route closest to your current decision. This demonstration site does not publish unsupported phone numbers, addresses, or dealer claims. A form submission starts an inquiry; it does not confirm product availability, an engineering engagement, or a response deadline.

01

Product fit

Share the product family, system role, venue type, and alternative formats under consideration. Include the required bandwidth, intended mounting, available power, transport limits, and whether the cabinet will operate with a subwoofer. Model names alone cannot show whether the coverage and workflow fit.

02

Application planning

Send room dimensions, audience layout, deployment method, program type, and target operating level. Drawings with listening planes and possible loudspeaker locations are more useful than audience capacity by itself. Note reflective boundaries, weather exposure, sightline constraints, and any requirement for room combining or delayed zones.

03

Existing system support

Include model name, serial or asset reference if available, firmware or preset version, signal path, and observed behavior. State when the fault appears, which channels or zones are affected, and what changed before the event. Do not bypass limiters, protective devices, or safe rigging practices while collecting evidence.

Useful inputs

A concise brief produces a more precise reply

List the decision you need to make and the conditions that limit it. For coverage questions, attach audience geometry and intended loudspeaker locations. For an existing system, record the exact fault, the steps that reproduce it, and any recent configuration change.

Remove credentials, payment details, and third-party confidential information before sending files. Rigging loads, structural attachments, electrical distribution, weather protection, and life-safety interfaces are outside a general product inquiry and require qualified project-specific review. Final performance depends on placement, room behavior, processing, calibration, and operation.
